Guardianship and conservatorship Before joining the firm, Ms. Manley worked for the Senior Law Project with the Prince George’s County Office of the Legal Aid Bureau, representing low-income senior citizens in Prince George’s County. She served as court-appointed counsel and continues to receive appointments as court-appointed counsel in guardianship cases in Prince George’s County.
